105 Willow Springs Lane is a 624,000sf industrial project, which was originally developed on a speculative basis, but fully leased to GlaxoSmithKline consumer healthcare. Site development included some of the first Low Impact Development stormwater design features installed in Pennsylvania and required significant offsite improvements including a new traffic signal.
The GlaxoSmithKline tenant space included a temperature-controlled warehouse area with strict limitations to comply with FDA requirements. The project also featured the installation of a 500,000sf/ 3 MW solar roof-top solar area, which was the largest roof-top solar installation in North America at completion.
