Air Commerce Business Park

Air Commerce Business Park is a 125-acre speculative industrial business park development located nearby the UPS Worldport Hub and Ford Motor Company Louisville Assembly Plant at the Louisivlle International Airport. The project resulted from the redevelopment of former residential properties, which included and overall consolidation of properties and LOMR process to redefine the floodplain running through the property.

Each of the buildings, in total 1.9M sf, became the new high-value water mark for industrial properties in the Louisville MSA at stabilization and each building fully leased upon completion to Hillsdale Furniture (Building One), Arvato (Building Two) and Ford Motor Company (Building Three).
