GreenParke at Airwest Business Park

The GreenParke at Airwest Business Park in Plainfield, Indiana is a 196 acre industrial business park, which was built-out with over 2.1M sf of premier Class A industrial space. The business park ultimately served logistics operations for users such as Adelta, Best Choice Products and Stitch Fix. 

 

The project was completed concurrently with construction of the new Ronald Reagan Parkway outer beltway, requiring annexation and rezoning into the Town of Plainfield, Indiana. In addition to the internal infrastructure requirements including over a mile of new public roadways, the project required public utility extensions of over a mile to serve the park, along with design and construction of new traffic signals, extension of a sanitary sewer interceptor and public trail system.
