The Saxony Building 100/200 Project consisted of twin 90,400sf flex office/ industrial buildings built in the first phase of the Saxony Corporate Campus Development in Noblesville, Indiana. The project was completed in phases from 2006 to 2009 an included lease-up and tenant improvement work for marquee tenants including Ambassador Medical (GE), Weaver Popcorn, Bates Technologies, Rock Tops Granite and Red Bull Distribution.
